About the Jay Bon Salle Foundation

The Jay Bon Salle Foundation was formed by family and friends to raise money to help fight heart disease. The Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization (EIN #300155891). Donations are tax deductible.

Proceeds from this year's Jay Bon Salle Memorial Golf Tournament and donations to the Foundation will go directly to the University of Miami Cardiovascular Center. The Center is dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and research of cardiovascular disease. The team at the Center enabled Jay to live a longer, happier life.
